docs: the profile eyebrow says "Currently building"

Chosen over a neutral "Featured": it says something rather than labelling
something, which is what a portfolio built in public wants. It matters more than
copy usually does, because with the lead now distinguished only by weight and
space, the eyebrow is the clearest signal that the item is different at all.

The cost is recorded with it — it is a claim about the present, so pinning a
finished project makes the page lie. The answer then is a per-pin label rather
than retreating to a blander default.
